  After many (and by many, I mean over 10!) years of putting off wisdom teeth surgery, I finally decided to have the surgery (I'm in my 30s). I was referred to Dr. Barefoot's office by my dentist, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I have never been under anesthesia of any kind so I was very anxious about undergoing local anesthesia. At my consultation, Dr. Barefoot was very patient and took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions and allay any fears about the procedure. The day of my surgery, Dr. Barefoot's staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and at ease. Dr. Barefoot even called later that day to make sure that I was okay and had no questions or concerns. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted and had absolutely no pain or discomfort and minimal swelling. Dr. Barefoot and his staff are wonderful! I would highly recommend them to any one considering or needing oral or facial surgery!

  If I could rate this place a zero I definitely would. I received a recommendation from my dentist to Dr. Barefoots office about 3 weeks ago. The appointment went fine and left under the impression that their financial person, Ann, would be contacting me to discuss a time when my girlfriend and I could come in and go over financial options for the work I needed to get done. 2 weeks after the initial visit, I still hadnt heard from them so I called and spoke with Ann briefly. She said that she would contact me the next day after she spoke with the two doctors. Still haven't heard from her a week later. Very unprofessional. They put on a good song and dance, I have to hand it to them.

  Dr. Barefoot made the entire process a breeze. They were very patient with me due to some complicated financial matters and were always responsive to phone calls. My wisdom tooth surgery went very well and I felt as though the entire team cared about me not only prior to and during the surgery- but after as well. I even received a call from Dr. Barefoot later in the early evening after my surgery to inquire how I was feeling. Of course, I was a bit out of it- but I appreciated the thought and concern.
