- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Recently dr hensel performed a breast reduction and lift on me. Walking in the first day after reading a few reviews I was a little nervous, I read that the staff was rude and the dr wasn’t that great. But after my first appointment I was thrilled. The staff was great, the ladies at the front desk very welcoming, the lady who deals with insurance emailed me back and forth every step of the way. (Although I’m sure I drove her nuts) I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly! My surgery was at East Cooper, it was a great stay with them as well! I was due to be at the hospital at 6 am. Already saw the dr and was prepped before 7 am. Was walking out the door in no pain! I was back to my normal self taking an occiasional pain pill two days later! My boobs look amazing. Barely any scarring, no pain and everything is healing beautifully! Everyone who has seen my results is amazed, as am I! This surgery has been a dream come true for me, it’s a new start!
