  I met with multiple doctors to diagnose the underlying cause for the pain in my shoulder, back and knee, and Jill was the only one who could figure it out. She's incredibly smart, nice, and so good at creating solutions specific to your issues. She's the best if you're experiencing any pain in any part of your body, or if you simply want to get in better shape.

  If you are looking for a new level of fitness, physical therapy and/or injury prevention, Perfectly Fit is the perfect fit! They give every client one-on-one attention without the hassle of a large gym or busy PT practice. They have a beautiful studio space in Mount Pleasant with a VERY knowledgeable staff of physical therapists and personal trainers. The owner, Jill Mann, was able to help me diagnose and rehab my injuries, then get me on a regular workout routine to make sure I stayed healthy and injury free. I would highly recommend Perfectly Fit to anyone, of any age, in the Charleston area looking for a truly personalized fitness experience!

  I have trained with Jill over the years and she is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and she knew immediately what my weaknesses were and what I needed to do to strengthen them. She doesn't try to up-sell you but instead provides you with highly effective training that you can take home and do on your own! I highly recommend checking her facility out and getting you back to a healthy and stronger you!
